Terms & Conditions

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your date.

• Full payment is due on or before the day of the event/shoot unless otherwise agreed.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement and deposit.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3. Image Rights & Usage

• Old Towne Productions retains the copyright to all images and videos produced.

• Clients receive a license for personal or promotional use (depending on contract).

• Images may be used for our portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery

• Photos and videos will be delivered within a standard turnaround time of [e.g., 2-4 weeks], unless otherwise stated in your contract.

• Final images will be provided via digital download or USB upon request.

5. Liability

• While we take the utmost care during every session, Old Towne Productions is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or acts of nature that impact service delivery.
