Refund Policy

1. Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time.

2. Cancellations

• If a session is canceled by the client with adequate notice (more than 7 days), partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

• If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or extreme weather, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled date.

3. Dissatisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
